In this second music video collaboration with Rat Boy, Sunglass Films were asked to stage a car crash, vandalise a post box and fire a member of the band through a flaming ring of fire while riding a skateboard towed by a motorised speedboat on wheels. The risk assessment was interesting... Released via NME.com, the video had upwards of 20,000 views on YouTube in under 24 hours and was trending at #11 on the site's homepage. Commissioned by Rat Boy's label, Parlophone Records, Revolution is a hyper-real snapshot of life in Brexit Era Essex, laced with satire and a post-Britpop aesthetic. Directed by Rat Boy's Jordan Cardy & Thomas Davis, the video was shot at Wimbledon Studios (for Health and Safety reasons) and on location in Rayleigh, Essex.
